The latest survey showed that 51% of operators questioned say investing in equipment maintenance schedules is most important to help future proof their business.
Plus half of business will be adopting innovative customer service technology and almost a third (31%) will invest in Internet of Things enabled kitchen equipment.
While 42% say they will ensure they are able to pivot and respond to change in the future and 43% say they will be focusing on hygiene and cleaning.
